Mom, what a depression. You went into the usual swimsuit shop to buy a nice new bikini or, the current fashion, a nice one-piece swimsuit. Then you looked in the mirror and you said to yourself: ” This year I’m going to the mountains ”. It happened to us just yesterday. Only that we love the sea too much and, as a resolution for the summer, we have promised not to despise our bodies. But the situation is serious: fat on all sides, cellulite and all the rest. Since cellulite does not go away (but the sea, with salt water, helps a lot), let’s at least try to get rid of excess fat. Have we tried them all? Almost. We haven’t tried the boiled egg diet yet. And you? It is a diet that exploits the satiating power of eggs: so you get less hungry at meals and you lose up to 10 kilos in two weeks. But how, in many diets it is forbidden to eat more than 3 eggs a week! True. This is obviously not the case with the hard-boiled egg diet. Not only eggs are eaten, of course, but also a lot of fruit and vegetables. You drink a lot of water, so you also get rid of excess fluids. And they don’t touch junk food or alcohol. The only drinks allowed are the following: coffee, black tea, lemon tea, centrifuged. Carbohydrates? Few. Read on after the photo

What are we eating? Hard-boiled eggs, needless to say. But also chicken, fish, as long as grilled, boiled or baked. Raw and cooked vegetables, fruits. The typical menu? Here is one. First, however, we remind you that it is good to ask your doctor for advice before following a diet like this as it is quite restrictive. First day: for breakfast a slice of toasted wholemeal bread, 1 roasted tomato. At lunch: fruit of your choice, up to satiety. For dinner: 2 boiled eggs, mixed salad, 1 grapefruit (which burns fat).

Second day. For breakfast, one hard-boiled egg and 1 grapefruit. Grilled chicken for lunch, 2 tomatoes in a salad. For dinner: grilled meat, a lightly seasoned salad.

Third day. An egg and a grapefruit for breakfast. For lunch 2 hard-boiled eggs, boiled vegetables with a drizzle of oil. For dinner, 2 grilled lamb chops and tomato and cucumber salad. Read on after the photos

Fourth day. For breakfast a slice of wholemeal bread, 2 hard-boiled eggs. At lunch: fruit at will until you are full. For dinner, boiled fish and celery and cucumber salad.

Fifth day. For breakfast a slice of wholemeal bread, 2 hard-boiled eggs. For lunch 2 poached eggs and two tomatoes. For dinner, grilled chicken (or baked as long as it is skinless) accompanied by a mixed salad.

Sixth day. For breakfast: grapefruit juice and a poached egg. At lunchtime fruit at will. For dinner: baked fish and salad.

Seventh day. For breakfast 2 scrambled eggs and 1 roasted tomato. For lunch: 2 boiled eggs and sour spinach. For dinner, roasted meat, salad. Repeat for another week and the scales will smile at you.
