For those who want to stay natural and not fall into the surgeon’s temptation, there are a series of facial exercises that can be practiced at any time of the day to ensure that the skin remains smooth and smooth. Although we have always been used to thinking that physical activity is only useful for strengthening the body, making it firmer and more toned, we forget that the face is also made up of 70 muscles that must be trained regularly: here is the workout to follow to fight the signs of aging. Eye Exercises – Facial Yoga exercises to reduce wrinkles around the eyes are many and varied but all have an incredibly beneficial effect on the face. It is possible, for example, to place the index fingers under the eyebrows and the phalanges of the thumbs under the eyes, pushing the eyebrows up and holding them against the bone. At this point, you can slowly close your eyelids and squeeze them as much as possible. Alternatively, you can close the eyelids while moving the eyes up and down or, again, close the upper and lower eyelids at the same time, keeping the index fingers under the arch of the eyebrows and the thumbs on the lower arch. Forehead Exercises – Two simple exercises are also enough to reduce the signs of aging on the forehead. To practice them, it is necessary to block the upper part of the eyebrows with the index fingers, lifting the corners upwards and trying to frown. To continue, you can then hold the attachment of the scalp on the forehead with the index fingers and try to lower the eyebrows.
